Shipping policy

At PulsePick, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days (depending on destination).

• Express Shipping: 3–7 business days.

• Free Shipping: Available on orders over a certain amount (e.g., €50+).

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

PulsePick is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Note for EU Customers: Since we are located in Malta, orders within the EU are generally subject to standard VAT rules without additional customs duties.

5. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team at pulsepick001@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Missing Items

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier service or reach out to us within 5 days.
